Nashville Fabrication is proud to offer our customers detailing in Tekla and AutoCAD. Our services can be used in conjunction with our Fabrication and/or Erection services, or as a single service option.

As an AISC Certified Fabricator and with some of the industry's most technologically advanced machinery, 65,000 square feet of shop floor, and a man-hour per month capacity of over 8,000 hours, Nashville Fabrication has become a leader in its market.

Erection

Our AWS Certified welders, Certified OSHA Safety personnel, and Certified Crane Operators (CCO) allow Nashville Fabrication to provide installation services directly on the job site within the U.S.

Our Field crews are led by Certified OSHA 30-Hour foremen with Project Management experience allowing our teams to safely and efficiently meet our customer's erection schedules.

Field crews consist of AWS Certified Welders and, if requested, a Certified Crane Operator, which allows Nashville Fabrication to provide a full-service erection crew. Additionally, our field crews are capable of interpreting structural erection drawings, and operating a wide variety of machinery and equipment.

Nashville Fabrication is a family owned and operated steel fabrication business. Through determination and innovative thinking, Nashville Fabrication has grown from a small startup into a leading provider of quality miscellaneous and structural steel products, and serves a wide variety of customers across the U.S., from construction companies and large steel fabricators and erectors, to local and state municipalities.

Nashville Fabrication is a nationally certified Woman-Owned Business by WBENC (Women's Business Enterprise National Council) and a certified WOSB (Woman Owned Small Business). Nashville Fabrication is also certified as a WBE by the Metro Nashville Airport Authority (MNAA) and by the State of Tennessee (Governor's Office of Diversity). We are also a registered Small Business Entity (SBE) for Metro Nashville & Davidson County.

In June 2020, Nashville Fabrication finished it's new 75,000 sf facility in Ashland City, Tennessee, and now has 65,000 sf of shop floor and boasts some of the industry's most state-of-the-art fabrication machinery. With services ranging from estimating and detailing, to fabrication and large scale erection, Nashville Fabrication is a "one-stop shop" for any customer in need of a steel construction solution.
